Sleep in itself is a mystery. Some family can function fine on very little sleep as long as it is a suitable quality of sleep. It is also able-bodied to take nap here and there throughout the daytime. And sometimes we give attention to we are only getting a few hours of sleep at a time, when surrounded by fact we are getting more. Each defence is different. I commend you for looking fine, and functioning well next to little sleep. In fact I am indistinguishable.
good for you. Your body & mind requirements that much or rest. Dont force your self to sleep for more time or you will get lethargic, thats what lazy populace do.
